Job Description

Zero Dropouts LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Administrator to join our team. As a Program Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our educational programs, including supervising staff, managing student enrollment, and coordinating with community partners.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coach program staff to ensure a restorative and growth-focused culture.
  • Oversee daily operations, including procedures related to safety and security.
  • Conduct meetings with prospective students and families to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
  • Manage student enrollment, graduation processes, and maintenance of records.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with students, families, and their support systems.
  • Analyze and monitor student data to ensure program and student goal achievement.
  • Prepare class schedules, cumulative records, transcripts, and attendance reports in coordination with school district and community college partners.
  • Implement programming to prepare, enroll, and support students in post-secondary education and certification programs.
  • Ensure site meets student enrollment projections and maintains relevant documentation.
Requirements
  • Teaching and administrative experience in a secondary educational setting, preferably in alternative settings.
  • Passion for supporting youth in overcoming obstacles and succeeding in education and employment.
  • Knowledge of curriculum and instruction, blended learning, and post-secondary opportunities.
  • Comfort working with high school students from diverse backgrounds and their families and support networks.
  • Experience working collaboratively with internal staff, students, and external partners.
  • Ability to demonstrate clear and appropriate boundaries with youth.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of GED exam and curriculum.
  • Proficiency and literacy in Spanish.
  • Bachelor's Degree, Colorado School Administrator's License, or Colorado Teacher License.
  • Experience in hiring, training, and managing staff and building high-functioning teams.
  • Experience in restorative practices, working with IEPs, 504s, and ELD populations.
  • Knowledge of local educational landscape and alternative school operations.
Work Schedule

This is a full-time position with demanding goals, which sometimes requires longer hours and flexible scheduling. The students mainly follow the partner school districts' calendars, with any changes to ensure the school year encompasses enough contact days for full-time student status. Staff works year-round. Students attend Monday–Thursday from 7:30-5:30.

Salary and Benefits

This is an exempt position with a salary range of $70,000-$90,000 based upon qualifications, knowledge, and relevant experience. Company 401k plan with Employer Contribution Match, Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage, Paid Time Off (Sick Time, Holidays, Flexible Vacation). This position is not PERA eligible.
