Job Title: Client Services Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Services Administrator to join our team at Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Collect and process client requests for new or additional services.
  • Assign and schedule services to meet client needs.
  • Field client inquiries and complaints, escalating issues to specialists or other staff as needed.
  • Conduct client satisfaction calls to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Stay up-to-date with agency policies and procedures, attending in-service training as required.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and resolve customer grievances.
  • Proficient computer skills, with the ability to learn new software.
  • Must consent to and pass a formal background check, including fingerprinting.
  • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a plus.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with at least three years of relevant experience.
  • Associates degree or equivalent, with at least one year of related experience.
  • Customer service experience is required.
