As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions, selling bank products, and developing referral opportunities. You will work closely with our ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and drive new revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and identify opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and create loyalty.
  • Participate in proactive sales and service activities, including outbound calling, service to sales, and teller interactions.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of related experience in sales and customer service.
