Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and identify opportunities to improve their financial well-being and increase share of wallet.
  • Participate in proactive sales and service activities, including teller transactions, selling bank products, and developing referral opportunities.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Drive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, leveraging a defined sales process to elevate client loyalty.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of related experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to various branches throughout the Northern Virginia region.

  • Banking Products: Knowledge of and ability to provide products and services available through the retail banking branch.
  • Digital Awareness: Shares, shows, and supports clients on a variety of technological digital and online tools and resources.
  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques.
