Job Description

A dynamic part-time position is available at Central Minority Maintenance LLC in North Charleston, SC. As a Contract Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the company's growth and success.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for developing contract proposals, researching solicitations, and creating regular status reports.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for writing contract letters, notices, and other communications, as well as attending meetings and taking detailed notes.
  • Maintaining contract records, monitoring contract performance, and scope of work is also a key aspect of this role.
  • You will assist with subcontractors, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • This role requires strong organizational skills, including managing multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly are must-haves.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to meet specific deadlines and multi-task effectively is crucial for this role.
  • Previous experience working with contracts is strongly preferred, but training can be provided.
  • Strong computer skills, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail are essential for this position.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information is vital.
