Key Responsibilities:
Allergan Aesthetics - Senior Medical Communications Specialist (Private Sector)

Implement the company's established sales strategies, plans, objectives, and budgets, identifying business opportunities and promoting company products in designated regions and target hospitals/institutions;
Gain insights into customer opportunities, uncover and understand client needs, and provide them with professional support and training;
Establish, enhance, and maintain a robust network of target clientele;
Collaborate with regional managers and cross-departmental personnel to execute various company projects effectively; customize approaches based on the characteristics of the institutions/hospitals to optimize execution outcomes;
Adhere to the code of conduct in business practices, conducting activities legally and ethically;
Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in pharmaceuticals/medical devices;

Approximately 3 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals/medical device-related products;
Strong customer management and teamwork skills;
Excellent learning and data analysis capabilities;
Willingness to embrace challenges and possess strong resilience under pressure;
Experience in the medical aesthetics industry is preferred.
