We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Island Ambassador. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by Example: Demonstrate genuine hospitality and create a relaxed destination for our guests.
- Set the Standard: Deliver exceptional service by providing knowledge of our menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
- Build a Positive Team Culture: Practice proper cash handling, operate the point-of-sale system efficiently, and maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests.
- Support Your Crew: Maintain a positive and supportive team environment, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide exceptional service.
- 1+ years of serving or related experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal/state/local law.
- Meet minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service/hospitality.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.
