Be the Island Guide

Create a relaxed destination for our guests by delivering exceptional service and providing knowledge of our food and beverage menus. Build the perfect oasis by maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, and supporting your crew to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Essentials for Life in Paradise
  • 1+ years of serving or related experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal/state/local law
  • Meet minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service/hospitality
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Willingness to perform other duties as required
Essential Physical Requirements
  • Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
  • Bending/stooping/kneeling required - frequently
  • Routine standing for duration of shift
