As a key member of our restaurant team, you will inspire your colleagues to deliver exceptional food and service, creating an environment of aloha fun and relaxation. With a passion for growth and a commitment to excellence, you will play a vital role in driving our culinary success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a relaxed destination by demonstrating genuine hospitality and team player skills.
  • Set the course by possessing complete knowledge and ensuring timely execution of all food menus/recipes.
  • Build the perfect oasis by assisting the chef in preparing high-quality menu items.
  • Support your crew by ensuring safety, cleanliness, and sanitation of the kitchen.

Essentials for Life in Paradise:

  • 1+ years of high-volume culinary/hospitality experience.
  • Current food handler's card and other certification as required by federal/state/local law.
  • Basic knowledge of food/restaurant service skills.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Willingness to perform other duties as required.

Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
  • Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently.
  • Routine standing for duration of shift.
  • Maneuvering hand cart, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys, and other tools listed in training manual.
