Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Registration Associate. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our department.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with physicians, patients, and other staff to coordinate quality medical care. This will include knowledge of front-end check-in and check-out procedures, including reception, insurance verification, co-pay collection, and appointment/referral scheduling.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Previous medical office experience is preferred, and computer experience is required. A high school diploma or GED/Associate degree is also preferred.
