Job Title: UAS Capabilities Development Officer

Tactica Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled Staff Specialist to serve as the primary capabilities development officer for the MQ-1C Gray Eagle aerial-ISR platform supporting Brigade UAS operations and modernization.

Job Summary:

This is a Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance (SETA) position performing on Government site at Ft. Eisenhower, GA with occasional travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary point of contact between 116th MI BDE and members of the Acquisitions and Science & Technology communities.
  • Attend and represent the Brigade in meetings, video teleconferences, working groups, forums, and technical exchanges.
  • Assist in preparation of reports for senior leadership with measures of effectiveness and measures of performance data.
  • Prepare briefings and presentations in support of Brigade requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate the command's MQ-1C participation in key modernization events.
  • Develop aerial ISR support plans for exercises and multi-INT testing events.
Requirements:
  • At least one (3) years of experience with medium altitude long endurance UAS (MQ-1C Gray Eagle preferred).
  • Project management experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work any shift.
Security Clearance:
  • Top Secret/SCI clearance.
