**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Leadership Development Specialist. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company while developing your leadership skills.

**Responsibilities**

* Learn and understand the various positions within our organization and take on leadership responsibilities in 6-month intervals
* Assist in the creation and maintenance of systems and processes under the guidance of our executive leadership team and owner/operator
* Lead by example and model excellent service and work behaviors
* Train new and current team members
* Foster an environment of care and excellence

**Benefits**

* Competitive base salary of $45,000 ($18/hr; 45 hrs/week)
* $3600/yr. towards health insurance (optional)
* $2000/yr. for meals
* $1350/yr. Simple IRA match (optional)
* 1 week paid vacation after 6 months
