Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan to achieve annual revenue goals
  • Manage a portfolio of institutional and individual funders, including major donors and corporate partners
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to identify and pursue new funding opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and community partners
  • Oversee the planning and execution of fundraising events, including our annual gala
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in development and fundraising, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with donor database management and fundraising software
  • Knowledge of current issues influencing public education and the youth development field

  • A competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000
