Business Relationship Manager

As a Business Relationship Manager at Remex, Inc., you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and managing the efficient delivery of our services. You will be the primary point of contact between the client and the company, offering exceptional support and communication while handling inquiries and addressing any challenges that arise.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Account Management experience, a Bachelor's degree or higher, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. They must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be proficient in keyboard skills, and have the ability to build and nurture relationships with clients.
We offer competitive compensation, including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, as well as benefits such as career growth opportunities, 401(k) with company match, medical and dental insurance, paid time off (PTO), and volunteer time off (VTO).
