Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at Remex, Inc. This role involves maintaining and growing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and managing the efficient delivery of our services.

As an Account Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new opportunities with existing clients, delivering insightful reports on a regular basis, and gathering critical information on existing accounts. You will also be responsible for overseeing customer service schedules to ensure client needs are met and responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's degree or higher is required, as well as 3+ years of experience in account management. The salary for this position is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
