Senior Digital Advertising Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Manager to join our team at Interactive Strategies. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and deploying impactful digital advertising strategies and campaigns that drive results for our clients.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute paid media campaigns across Google Marketing Platform products, Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other platforms.
- Select appropriate channels for paid media campaigns across video, social, search, display, and more.
- Work with our design and content teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns that attract and engage our clients' audience.
- Optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI across channels.
- Conduct paid media audits of our clients' digital marketing efforts to determine past performance and set benchmarks for future efforts.
- Evaluate emerging tactics and techniques, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption as appropriate.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and project management.
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
- 5-8+ years of digital advertising experience, with a focus on nonprofits or professional associations.
- Proven experience building, deploying, and managing large-scale and advanced digital advertising campaigns across paid social, paid search, and programmatic channels.
- Experience managing programmatic advertising campaigns using an enterprise-level demand-side platform, such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Basis DSP, StackAdapt, etc.
- Strong analytical, entrepreneurial, and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $105,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including company-sponsored health, vision, and dental insurance, pre-tax Flexible Spending Account (FSA), profit sharing, 4 weeks of vacation/sick time, and more.
