Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to cover our Tennessee and Kentucky territory. The ideal candidate will represent the Teq brand by selling our products, services, and full solutions to new and existing customers in the K-12 education environment. This role requires excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, meeting with key decision makers.
  • Develop a sales pipeline for 3 times the monthly sales target.
  • Work with the account executive to develop acquisition plans for new customers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell our existing customers with new products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to implement and track the ROI of local marketing events in the sales territory.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of field sales experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain strong business relationships with all levels of customer organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and presentation skills.
  • Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills.
  • Expertise in CRM software solutions.
  • Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel to clients within Tennessee/Kentucky to ensure face-to-face contact with prospects.
