Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product vision and strategy for the Digital Guest Experience domain, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Domain Roadmap: Partner with internal stakeholders to create an ongoing consolidated domain roadmap of in-flight and future initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Key Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance metrics to track organizational performance within the context of the domain, identifying areas for optimization and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional collaborators, including product, engineering, design, commercial, and customer support teams.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, informing product decisions and strategies.
  • Product Roadmaps: Contribute to product roadmaps for the Digital Guest & Cast Experience supporting the assigned domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Business Partnering: Align the product roadmap with relevant business partners and anticipate impact on Cast Efficiency and Guest Satisfaction, as well as other desirable product outcomes.
  • Communication: Assist the team in translating the domain vision into presentations that will be shared with Executive audiences and partners across the organization, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Solution Design: Provide input into solution design for new product features to ensure product objectives are met and performance is measured and realized.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience developing and delivering strategic product initiatives.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to champion projects from beginning through implementation, with experience in Agile software development methodology.
  • Collaboration: Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders from different backgrounds and functions.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze complex data sets to determine trends and identify future business opportunities.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, including a demonstrated ability to identify, understand, and drive resolution of complex critical issues.
  • Tools and Technologies: Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, data reporting tools such as Business Objects and Tableau, and other relevant technologies.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create presentable content and communicate through it effectively for all levels of the organization.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
