Job Title: Product Owner

At V2X, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for establishing the technical vision for our PPSS TADSS, understanding the broad spectrum of requirements, and setting the direction for how the PPSS TADSS will meet these needs effectively and securely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the overall architecture and design to be scalable, secure, and capable of meeting current and future requirements.
  • Makes critical decisions on the technological frameworks, data structures, security protocols, and integration capabilities with other systems.
  • Leads the development and implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to ensure the PPSS TADSS meets DoD security standards.
  • Oversees the integration of secure login mechanisms, role-based access controls, and ensuring all data handling practices comply with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Coordinates the project's technical resources, timelines, and budgets.
  • Institutes rigorous quality assurance practices and performance benchmarks.
  • Oversees testing and validation processes to ensure the system is reliable, user-friendly, and capable of handling the required data and user load.
  • Communicates technical strategies, progress, and challenges effectively and ensuring stakeholder requirements and concerns are addressed in development.
  • Monitors performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and future enhancement opportunities.
  • Manages backlog. Creates, prioritizes, and refines product backlog items (PBIs), such as user stories, to ensure that the team always works on the most valuable tasks.
  • Acts as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders.
