Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in supporting city operations by performing a variety of administrative and accounting duties. This includes maintaining and processing financial records, providing information to the public and employees, and answering telephone inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to the public and employees.
• Answer telephone inquiries and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
