Key Responsibilities:
This role involves managing incoming calls and addressing a range of inquiries related to HR policies, including but not limited to benefits, leave management, and employment inquiries.

The successful candidate will be tasked with assessing and interpreting employee requests or concerns, determining suitable resolutions, and escalating issues when necessary. Clear communication of outcomes and escalations to customers is essential.

Additionally, the representative will be responsible for preparing relevant documentation and processing necessary paperwork.
