Job Overview

CertaPro Painters of Southern New Hampshire is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our painting crews, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to our Job Site Supervisors, ensuring that they have the resources and guidance they need to succeed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve our painting operations, including process improvements and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with our Residential and Commercial Sales Associates and Office Associate to ensure that our customers' needs are met and exceeded.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent for our painting crews, ensuring that we have the best team in place to deliver exceptional results.
  • Ensure that all field programs and systems are being executed, including safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and provide ongoing training to our painting crews to ensure that they are equipped to handle any situation.
Requirements
  • 2-year degree in a related field, such as business or construction management.
  • Current driver's license and reliable transportation, with a valid insurance policy.
  • Expertise in multiple finishes and paint applications, with a strong understanding of painting techniques and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our customers, employees, and vendors.
  • Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • High attention to detail and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate our software systems and tools.
  • Proven record of ability to set, meet, and exceed goals, with a strong track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Must speak, read, and write English fluently, with the ability to communicate effectively with our customers and employees.
