Job SummaryWTVY is seeking a Multimedia Sales Manager to lead our team of experienced media professionals.
The successful candidate will guide our team in creating solution-oriented campaigns that deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist media executives and digital sales teams in developing creative solutions for clients.
- Train new media executives on broadcast and digital sales strategies.
- Build relationships with community officials and key advertisers.
- Develop and implement campaign strategies to increase effectiveness.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for sales teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five years in sales (sales management preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to initiate creative sales efforts.
- Ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in guiding, motivating, and leading a successful sales team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Wide Orbit, and Matrix.
