Expert Home Health Care Nurse

Key Responsibilities:
* Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs, ensuring the highest quality of care and comfort for our clients.
* Conduct thorough home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, assessing their needs and providing personalized care.
* Administer medication, perform wound care, treatments, and procedures, all while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
* Monitor clients' conditions, reporting any changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager, and collaborate to develop effective care plans.
* Execute and properly document doctors' orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
* Current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts, with a strong commitment to ongoing education and professional growth.
* Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, with a solid foundation in nursing principles and practices.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
