Home Healthcare LPN/LVN Opportunity

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVNs) to join our team in providing high-quality care to adult and pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with Maxim, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including home healthcare, and provide care to patients with a range of needs, from basic to complex.

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.

Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) practices.

Current Health Certificate (per facility).

Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.

Current BLS card.

One year prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) experience preferred.
