Client Services Representative

We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our team at Phillips Auctioneers. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients with pre-sale registration, processing payments, and coordinating property pickups and drops offs.
- Manage client accounts, verify and update information, and maintain accurate records.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of client concerns.
- Assist with events, exhibitions, and special projects as needed.
- 2 years of work experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the art industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using credit card machines, copy, fax, and scanner machines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Art History background or degree.
- Proficiency in foreign languages, such as French, Italian, Spanish, or German.
- Experience working in a gallery or auction house environment.
