About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Manager to join our team at The Prime Company, LLC. As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for driving occupancy rates through effective marketing and leasing strategies tailored to the needs of prospective residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new residents and increase occupancy rates.
  • Conduct property tours and respond to internet leads, answering resident and prospect calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data in property software programs and assist with other computer data entry as necessary.
  • Design and create marketing collateral, including digital content for social media and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Assist with the planning and hosting of resident events and contribute to the general upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model.
  • Collaborate with the leasing staff and General Manager to achieve occupancy goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Utilize market survey data to generate traffic of potential residents and maintain an understanding of all market trends.
  • Adhere to all company policies and fair housing guidelines, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in student housing or multifamily leasing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents, prospects, and colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel, with experience with graphic design and design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud products.
  • High energy and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to customer service and a passion for providing outstanding service.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
