Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective residents, setting appointments for property showings
  • Conduct property showings, highlighting the features and benefits of our properties
  • Follow up with prospective residents to ensure a smooth leasing process
  • Perform administrative tasks, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve leasing goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for prospective residents
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in Yardi Voyager and Rent Cafe software a plus
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Availability to work weekends, as needed
