Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Leasing and Marketing Operations Manager to oversee our leasing and marketing strategies at BHOM Student Living LLC. This role is crucial in ensuring that our properties achieve optimal occupancy rates and maintain high resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and assess comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with occupancy targets and market dynamics.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of community and university market trends to identify new marketing avenues.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train leasing team members and Community Ambassadors, ensuring they are equipped to meet performance expectations.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives related to campus events, including housing fairs and student organization activities.
  • Engage in leasing activities such as property tours and presentations, ensuring all display units are maintained in excellent condition.
  • Oversee the accuracy and completeness of all leasing documentation and reports.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and adept with various technology platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Entrata software.
  • Previous experience in the student housing sector.

Work Schedule:
The standard work hours are typically Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, with the possibility of extended hours or weekend work as required by business needs.
