Your Impact:

As a Service Operations Supervisor, you will enhance the efficiency of the service department to achieve optimal productivity, cultivate a loyal customer base, foster positive employee relations, establish and meet sales and profit goals, and maintain comprehensive service records. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that we become our clients' preferred destination for purchasing, leasing, or servicing their vehicles.

  • Conducting daily one-on-one meetings with each Assistant Service Manager to address potential service challenges.
  • Overseeing automotive repairs and maintenance to avert operational setbacks.
  • Collaborating with the service director to define departmental goals.
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and training service personnel.
  • Aligning technical teams with production needs.
  • Maintaining daily sales and production records as directed by management.
  • Assessing and analyzing service sales performance.
  • Staying informed about new products and updates to existing offerings.
  • Managing departmental finances within the parameters set by management.
  • Ensuring smooth repair-order processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Monitoring warranty activities to guarantee adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Upholding the dealership's vehicle care and operational standards.
  • Coordinating payroll for service staff in conjunction with the payroll department, with approvals from the service director and general manager.
  • Enforcing OSHA regulations and procedures.
  • Conducting performance assessments.
  • Participating in operational strategy sessions.
  • Maintaining the facility and equipment.
  • Leading weekly department meetings and attending managerial meetings.
