Mental Health Care Specialist

The University of Tennessee System invites applications for a full-time position as a Mental Health Care Specialist in the Student Health Center. This role is part of our ongoing efforts to provide high-quality care to students at UTK.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in nursing with a specialty in psychiatry and mental health, and be licensed by the State of Tennessee Division of Health-Related Boards.
In this role, you will provide outpatient clinical psychiatric care to eligible students, maintain clinical records, and participate in clinic staff meetings and committees. You will also serve as a liaison with the mental health community inside and outside the University of Tennessee setting.
