Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Military Treatment Facilities under DHA. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care services, developing and implementing care plans, and providing education to patients and families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing with experience in ambulatory care settings. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to effectively coordinate care services, address patient concerns, and facilitate collaboration among healthcare providers. Salary: $68,209 - $108,846 per year based on location and experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the United States.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in ambulatory care settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
