Senior Clinical Research Coordinator, Cardiology

Piedmont HealthCare seeks a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to coordinate clinical research projects in our Cardiology department.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain competencies to conduct clinical research, including current training records and RN license.
- Develop, conduct, and facilitate research protocols, enrolling and managing study subjects and subject encounters.
- Perform clinical nursing duties as required by study protocols.
- Serve as a clinical resource to non-clinical staff.
- Develop recruitment strategies with study teams.
- Educate subjects on study-related activities.
- Perform data management activities, including data abstraction, collection, and reporting.
- Manage sponsor interactions, including visits, queries, and other requests.
- Manage administrative responsibilities, including research documentation, revenue capture, and subject payments.
Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical research and excellent communication skills. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
A minimum education of a Registered Nurse from an accredited school of nursing or a graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a current Georgia license for Advanced Practice Nursing and a Master's degree in Nursing is required. A minimum experience of one year in clinical research, healthcare, or a related field is also necessary.
