**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a registered nurse with strong leadership skills to lead our step down unit. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in critical care nursing and a passion for patient-centered care.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
  • Mentor and educate new nurses on unit protocols and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher.
  • RN license in the state of Georgia.
  • At least 2 years of experience in critical care nursing.
