POSITION SUMMARY

This role manages a premium portfolio of designated clients and collaborates with various internal and external teams to enhance their operational efficiency, expansion, and profitability through precise data collection and identifying business opportunities through dialogue. The individual will leverage their robust business knowledge, skills, and capabilities to assist senior management in formulating and executing advanced strategies. This role requires a high-performing team player with exceptional confidence and sharp business insight to surpass objectives.

OBJECTIVES
- Conduct research, develop, and present an exceptional 10X360 Platform Review that outlines a decade-long growth strategy for assigned clients.
- Establish KPIs and revenue-generating goals for clients that align with their strategic business initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Finance Managers, to create a comprehensive 10X360 Platform Review.
- Lead all client communications throughout the Platform Review process and act as the primary contact for client inquiries.
- Guide clients through a six-month journey to reshape their overall business strategies.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all matters related to assigned clients.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions tailored to client needs and objectives by identifying areas for improvement to achieve business growth.
- Prepare and present regular updates on each client's status and progress to the Leadership Team.
- Document current and future expansion strategies for clients to facilitate their scaling efforts.
- Collect essential client metrics (e.g., financial data, customer information, employee statistics, and sales figures).
- Engage with clients at in-person events during the execution of their 10X360 Platform Review.
- Identify and address any challenges faced by clients in a professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of client engagement and retention by fostering a strong business relationship as their trusted advisor.
COMPETENCIES
- Proven experience utilizing established business frameworks (e.g., SWOT analysis).
- Strong financial acumen (i.e., in-depth understanding of profit and loss statements).
- Knowledge of business development, risk assessment, and cost management.
- Ability to conduct effective competitor analysis to help clients explore potential opportunities.
- Understanding of critical key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for performance measurement.
- Capacity to keep other Platform Review Managers on schedule to ensure timely delivery.
- Comfort in consistently following up with clients who may miss calls to re-engage them promptly.
- Ability to ensure clients provide all necessary and accurate data for analysis during all Marketing, Finance, and Operational discussions.
- Capability to manage a higher call volume than other Platform Managers while handling extensive administrative duties by documenting all data accurately.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business consulting or management, directly interacting with clients.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- This position may require occasional travel.
