Strategic Account Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Blue Yonder. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the manufacturing industry, specifically in the life sciences and med tech sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders at our customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions that meet our customers' needs and drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our customers receive the best possible solutions.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on enterprise-level software sales.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and its challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
