Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the President of our Healthcare Division, along with a variety of tasks that assist the Operations team. Your responsibilities will also extend to offering support to various departments and office staff as required. The Executive Assistant position is dynamic and encompasses a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

  • Managing departmental organization and communication
  • Acting as a customer service liaison
  • Fostering organizational culture development
  • Overseeing facility regulation and licensure
  • Handling contract administration and vendor relations
  • Tracking and monitoring surveys
  • Developing presentations
  • Providing overall clerical and support services for the department
  • Coordinating travel and travel-related support

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Strong attention to detail is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory
  • Prior experience as a Corporate Executive Assistant is necessary
  • Professional demeanor in both appearance and conduct
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
