Job Title: Travel Coordinator

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Travel Coordinator to support deployment activities for U.S. embassies and consulates worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process visa and passport applications efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinate travel reservations for staff and contractors, including airline, car rentals, and hotel accommodations.
  • Manage travel records and documents for sponsor staff and contractors.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to travel and current events in international locations.
  • Coordinate pre-deployment activities, including training, SPOT profiles, eCCs, and LOAs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license.
  • Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain organized travel reports and handle high-volume foreign travel.
