This pivotal role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.

  • Develop and implement a sales plan that targets specific revenue goals, focusing on key leisure segments including Consortia, Wholesale, Corporate, and SMERF.
  • Support the General Manager in creating programs and strategies to enhance market penetration and increase sales throughout the year.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing budgets and forecasting sales performance. A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Hospitality Management is essential, along with at least five years of senior sales experience. Flexibility with scheduling, including occasional weekends and travel, is also required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, and more.
