Position Overview:
As a Lead Technical Program Manager at Lam Research, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation within the semiconductor industry. Your expertise will not only oversee projects but will also facilitate groundbreaking advancements aligned with strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Project Leadership:** Guide cross-functional teams through successful project execution, combining technical proficiency with strategic foresight to deliver new or enhanced products.
2. **Ownership of Technical Projects:** Manage projects from inception to completion, utilizing your skills in planning, directing, and monitoring timelines and budgets.
3. **Optimization of Offerings:** Oversee the enhancement or development of technical product offerings, ensuring alignment among teams, managing risks, and steering projects to successful release.
4. **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Partner with stakeholders to grasp process and system requirements, delivering improvements that adapt to evolving technological landscapes.
5. **Continuous Improvement Initiatives:** Lead projects aimed at continuous improvement, from conception to impactful outcomes.
6. **Data Analysis:** Conduct data collection and statistical analysis, presenting findings to inform project timelines and deliverables.
7. **Influence and Alignment:** Engage cross-functional stakeholders to foster process improvements and ensure alignment across teams.
8. **Change Management:** Implement sustainable change management practices that support long-term success.
9. **Dynamic Project Navigation:** Successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 6+ years; or a PhD with 3+ years; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 6 years in continuous improvement or technical program management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and demonstrate effective leadership and influence skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging audiences at all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication, equipment operations, or related fields.
- Knowledge of program management methodologies and experience in product development and release processes.
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, PRINCE2).
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies or certifications (Green Belt, Black Belt) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
- Expertise in project management tools such as MS Project, QuickBase, Office Timeline, or similar.
- Experience in change management methodologies is a plus.
