Job Overview:


The Lead Technical Program Manager for Supply Chain will play a pivotal role in overseeing program management initiatives within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:


In this role, you will collaborate with various internal teams (Planning, Procurement, Sourcing, Logistics) and external stakeholders (clients, installers, and certification bodies).

  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure timely product launches from inception to completion.
  • Engage with design engineering teams and component suppliers to enhance product manufacturability and supply chain efficiency.
  • Support the onboarding and qualification of new suppliers.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across key business processes.
  • Provide valuable feedback to engineering and supply chain teams based on product rollout experiences.
  • Negotiate project requirements and deliverables to optimize product deployment.

Qualifications:


To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or related fields.
  • PMP or PMO certification.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical or manufacturing engineering, product development, and new product introduction.

  • Proficiency in developing energy products and familiarity with engineering concepts such as FMEA, DOE, DFS, and DFMx.

Communication and Leadership:

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.


Continuous Improvement:

Engage in cross-functional teams to spearhead continuous improvement efforts, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.


Systems Proficiency:

Strong skills in ERP and program management tools are required.


Commitment to Safety:

A dedication to workplace safety and compliance with safety regulations is crucial.


Travel Requirements:

Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
