Position: Lead Technical Architect
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Eligibility: US Citizens and Green Card holders ONLY

Experience Required:
Minimum of 5 years in the field of information security, cloud or on-premise IT infrastructure, or a related domain.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Possess system/network administrator level expertise in Linux/Unix or Windows operating systems.
2. Understand networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, Routing, and Load Balancing.
3. Demonstrate solid knowledge of web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, DNS, and REST APIs.
4. Exhibit proficiency in Apigee Edge Cloud and Private Cloud OPDK products and architecture.
5. Apply strong troubleshooting skills in API Management and Gateway systems.

Technical Skills:
Professional working knowledge of firewall policies and logs from major vendors like Cisco, Juniper, F5, SonicWall (DELL), Barracuda, and Watchguard.
Thorough understanding of HTTP, HTTPS, and SSL terminologies, with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret web logs.

Essential Qualities:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in production support under pressure, ensuring timely resolution of issues while meeting stringent SLAs.
