Our unique approach combines traditional face-to-face interactions with innovative digital solutions, empowering you to effectively manage your territory, identify opportunities, and build strong relationships with key advisors and firms in the defined region.

As a Business Development Director focused on annuity sales, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing annual sales plans, regularly reviewing progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Conducting on-site meetings with advisors and prospective advisors to showcase our Fixed Annuity, Fixed Indexed Annuity, and Variable Annuity products.
  • Maintaining a strong rapport with external wholesalers, collaborating with them to drive sales initiatives and develop strategies for growth.
  • Fostering existing relationships through phone and web-based sales engagements, continually seeking new business opportunities.

You'll work closely with our National Sales Consulting team to design and implement effective field plans, actively engaging with advisors and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions and support. Your expertise in sales will be essential in identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted account selling strategies.

We're looking for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of wholesaling experience, a proven track record in variable annuity sales, and excellent presentation and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, along with relevant licenses such as FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63, and Life Insurance. Strong organizational skills and Microsoft Office proficiency are also essential.
