Administrative Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training room setup and logistics
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Manage training materials inventory and distribution
  • Arrange for meals and refreshments for events
  • Process shipments and receipts in a timely manner
  • Support instructors with online training and development
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Customer Care:

  • Make outgoing calls to remind clients of upcoming training sessions
  • Answer incoming calls, register students, and transfer technical support calls

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with computers and digital technologies

Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $62,000 per year
