Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously, gathering essential vehicle details
  • Inform customers about necessary services, recalls, routine maintenance, and additional repairs
  • Discuss service contract options and vehicle protection plans tailored to customer needs
  • Prepare repair orders that detail time, costs, and labor estimates
  • Document customer concerns clearly on repair orders to assist technicians in their work
  • Communicate all diagnoses, performed work, and repair order charges to customers
  • Assist in identifying mechanical issues by attentively listening to customer concerns, conducting visual inspections, and performing road tests when necessary
  • Handle incoming service calls, schedule appointments, and maintain excellent communication
  • Adhere to our core value of Customer Service Above All Else to achieve manufacturer CSI scores that exceed industry standards
