Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Lane Valente Industries is a leading international construction and facility maintenance company with offices throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and equipment at customer locations
  • Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers
  • Inspect and maintain vehicles, including checking vehicle condition and cleanliness, and maintaining records of service, scheduling, and complete repairs and maintenance service
  • Document work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files
  • Represent the company by serving as a direct customer contact
  • Determine parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need
  • Record parts, material, labor, subs, and other cost data per assignment and returns unused resources
  • Turn in all required paperwork and reports in a timely manner
  • Keep current on all products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair
  • Read and interpret product specifications
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as necessary
  • Regular travel requirements with some overnight travel, as needed
