Job Title: Senior Project Management Officer

At AHU Technologies Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Management Officer to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing project schedules, supporting organizational change management, and providing a clear vision of the product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Support organizational change management, including training development and delivery
  • Provide a clear vision of the product and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Assist agile teams in efficient implementation and use of AzureDevOps (ADO) to automatically measure and report quality and performance measures
  • Facilitate communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team
  • Monitor project progress, provide timely feedback, and drive a culture of agility and learning
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support milestones in collaboration with business, senior management, and stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, communication documents, and manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path related to OCM and training
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including AzureDevOps (ADO)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexibility to work from home and collaborate with remote teams
