Job Description

Expedite Technology Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Program Management Office Analyst to support our team in delivering complex programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for project reporting, project management support, meeting facilitation, and maintenance of internal documentation.

This role requires a high level of detail and ability to coordinate and collaborate across a large project with multiple workstreams. The candidate will also be responsible for supporting the development of process maps, process documentation, job aids, reference guides, and formal communication.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, project management skills, facilitation skills, and ability to work independently and under timelines. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
