Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and support Windows environments, including Active Directory and Group Policy creation.
  • Administer MS Office 365, including domain synchronization and migrations from G-suite and Exchange or other providers.
  • Provide superior troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Manage and configure network software and hardware upgrades, including Cisco Meraki, SonicWall, and FortiGate.
  • Configure and manage firewalls, switches, W.A.P.s, VPNs, and other network appliances.
  • Support end-users in a help desk and on-site environment, resolving hardware/software issues.
  • Serve as a member of the Project Delivery teams by providing hands-on technical support for complex projects.
  • Serve as an escalation point for Tier III support issues that are escalated from our Tier I and Tier II engineers.
  • Configure servers and other critical components in Azure.
  • Administer and support Azure and A.W.S. environments.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience deploying and supporting small-to-medium business environments.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a desire to increase knowledge of cloud technology, virtualization, and networks for small-to-medium business solutions.
  • Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V, P2V migration, and ticketing and R.M.M. systems (ConnectWise).
  • Strong understanding of network software and hardware upgrades, including Cisco Meraki, SonicWall, and FortiGate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
