Building Automation Project Manager

Schneider Electric is seeking a highly skilled Building Automation Project Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects successfully.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring they do not impact project delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality standards, including adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, project management, or business administration.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the building automation industry.
- Skills: Proven project management skills, including experience with project planning, execution, and delivery. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of building automation systems, including HVAC, building management systems, and electronic control systems. Familiarity with industry regulations and company policies.
